Mission statement / Vision

>To establish a forum that facilitates the West Belfast community in expressing it health and social well-being need and to engage with relevant policy makers and service providers.

>To ensure health & well-being issues remain high on the community, voluntary, statutory and political agenda.

>To raise awareness of health and well-being issues at all levels and to identify priorities within statutory organisations.

>To ensure Health and Well-being remains a cross cutting theme of Neighbourhood Renewal.

>The sub – group should meet 9 times per annum.

>The sub-group should host two conferences per annum.

>To evolve as a forum that allows the community to express its health and well-being needs
