The Integrated Services Programme is led by the Belfast Education and Library Board on behalf of the Health Action Zone (HAZ). The aim of the Programme is to enhance the life opportunities of children and young people. The Programme is being delivered in West Belfast and Greater Shankill by the local Area Partnership Boards.
